Hello! Nice of you to come and explore my blog. Let me introduce myself. My name is DeAnn Harte, last name pronounced (heart). I am 19 years old and this is my first real blog. A few words to describe myself: silly, funny, creative, friendly, and passionate. I am currently a Sophomore at Centenary College, NJ, studying Fashion Merchandising. After I graduate I want to become a Fashion Event Coordinator and a Stylist.
Now I just recently had the epiphany that I wanted to become a stylist last week. I just love fashion, and I am fascinated by the way people dress. Its one of the ways people can express themselves. Some people write poetry, others get tattoos, and some do it by dressing a certain way. Fashion has no definite definition to me because what you might think is NOT fashion, someone else sees it AS being so. This famous quote basically gives my viewpoint of fashion, “‘Fashion is not something that exists in dresses only. Fashion is in the sky, in the street, fashion has to do with ideas, the way we live, what is happening.” – Coco Chanel. Yes that just about sums it up!
So with that being said, im very happy to be launching my new blog. Most of what you will see here is fashion of course, and other quirky, random things, because…well…. I just think its interesting hehe. I will try to update as much as possible, to give you guys a feel of the kind of person I am, and how I feel about fashion.
